I Wrote a Book!

So I wrote a book. Surprise! *confetti falls* Getting published at 18 was a great way for me to start my YA life. I’ve always been a writer, so to see my words in print, is an amazing dream come true for me.

But what’s even more amazing is how much my parents went all-out in their support for me. (Mama, Daddy, if you’re reading this, please don’t cry…)  They, along with my brother and our closest friends have provided for me the type of environment I think all YAs need–a space where you feel safe enough to be who you are and not be sorry for it. A place where you can find what you’re good at and work with it–even if it’s not what the others are doing. I hope that this blog does the same for you.
